We ask our clients to remove furniture or move it themselves; this is in order to maximise the time of our carpet cleaners and ensure we can focus on getting your carpets clean.
Q. How long does it take for a carpet to dry after cleaning?
The time it takes for carpets to dry will depend on the type of carpet cleaned and the method used, and can vary. However on average it takes between 8-24 hours for a standard carpet to dry after steam cleaning, and 4-8 if using dry cleaning methods.
Q. Can I cancel my cleaning booking?
Yes, you have the chance to cancel your booking at any time. However we ask that if you wish to do this, please contact us with as much notice as possible.
Q. Do I have to be at home when the cleaners arrive?
You are not required to be at home, but please ensure you have informed our cleaners of how they are to access your property.
Q. What if the cleaners damage something during the cleaning process?
We are pleased to say this has never happened so far, as our carpet cleaners are highly experienced and take great care of our customers’ property. However in the unlikely event this does occur we will happily cover the damages.
Q. What if I am not satisfied with your services?
In the event you are not satisfied with the work of our carpet cleaners we will offer a free re-clean; alternatively we offer a money back guarantee to all our customers.
